Wadi Rum, also called the Valley of the Moon because of the common terrain topography with the moon, the valley is a tourist area in South Hisma Jordan, 70 km north of the port city of Aqaba. Wadi Rum is the name used in the toddler and the media for the entire region. That with most sites and tourist camps located outside the village of Rum.

Wadi Rum is a part of the region Hisma. This area is characterized by high rocky mountains scattered in the sandy plain and wide.
